40 <br /> <br />Boel Series <br />TAXONOMIC CLASSIFICATIOtd: Sandy mixed, mesic, Fluroquentic <br />Haplustoll <br />The Boel series consists of deep, somewhat poorly <br />drained soils that formed in stratified sandy alluvium. <br />Boel soils occur primarily along drainages in the sand- <br />hill area and have slopes of 0 to 3 percent. <br />Boel soils are near the <br />soils are poorly drained and <br />Valent soils are excessively <br />colored surface layer. <br />Loup and Valent soils. The C horizon has value of 6 or 7 <br />dry, 5 or 6 moist and chroma of 2 or 3. It is a loamy <br />sand or sand. <br />
