You should determine what type of financial warranty you desire to use <br />1 and <br />appl obtain the appropriate forms from the Mined Land Reclamation Division during the <br />ication review period to facilitate finalization of art acceptable financial warranty and <br /> permit issuance. <br /> <br />1 C ith Other Laws <br />li <br /> ance w <br />omp <br /> Section 11!i of the Act requires a permit application be in compliance with all applicable <br />1 loca l, State and Federal laws.
