specifically Policies ti26 Master Plan oP Parks, ti29 Mineral
Extraction Policies;
That the request met wltlt relevant sectlotts oP the Mesa
County Land Development Code, speclPically Sections 10.1-10,2
Conditional and Special Uses, "quat•ries/minlna", and 4.3 Slte
Planning Standards;
' That United Companies sgt•ees to: obtain all required
state and Pedet•al permits pt•lor to co mmettc ina operations;
complete and cease ell extraction operations in t}te "Golden Plt"
' ott 30 Road prior to commencing operatlotts on the sub,lect site;
;ICOnstruct and maintain an earthen berm and provide and plant
ett•ees and/or other vegetative plstttinas between t11e site and Lot
6, Hlock 1 oP Virginia Acres, as a buPfet•; construct snd
maintain a 6 feet tall chain link fence aloud the east, west and

COMMISSIONERS IN THE COUNTY DF MESA, STATE OF COLORADO, that the
vacation, rezone and conditional use is approved subiect to the
following condltio ns:
