Box 24, Amalia, NM <br />87512, (505) 586-1059 has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact <br />(110) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Landed Reclamation Board under provisions <br />of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Rivera Excavation Gravel Pit acid is located at or neaz Section 26, <br />Township 1 N, Range 74 W, and 6th Prime Meridian, in Costilla County. The application <br />decision is scheduled for October 27, 2004 <br />The proposed date of commencement is Fa112004 and the proposed date of completion is Fall <br />2020. The proposed future use of the land is Rangeland in Agri culture Zoned District. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Costilla County Clerk & Recorder's <br />Office, 400 Gasper St {719) 672 -3301 and at the office of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman St., Denver CO 80203, (303) 866-3567 or the above named <br />applicant. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology beginning on September 27, 2004.
