Box 24, Amalia, NM <br />87512, (505) 586-1059 has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact <br />(110) Reclamation Petmit with the Colorado Mined Landed Reclamation Board under provisions <br />of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Rivera Excavation Gravel Pit and is located at or near Section 26, <br />Township 1 N, Range 74 W, and 6th Prime Meridian, in Costilla County. The application <br />decision is scheduled for October 27, 2004 <br />The proposed date of commencement is Fal12004 and the pmFrosed date of completion is Fall <br />2020, The proposed future use of the land is Rangeland in Agriculture Zoned District. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Costilla.
