This report is to be submitted within 30 days after the end <br />of the period of exploration specified in the approved Notice of Intent, as amended. <br />1. Attach a map showing: <br />a) The final locations of all holes drilled during this project; <br />b) the locations of all roads modified or constructed for the project; and <br />c) All areas significantly disturbed by the operator. <br />2. Have all disturbed areas, including drill holes, been reclaimed in accordance with <br />the approved plan and the above-referenced regulations? yes <br />3. Were any newly constructed project roads retained for the landowner?
