(,_„ _, <br />Attached is a copy of the Public Notice of an application with <br />the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, Division of Minerals <br />and Geology for a 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit, <br />referenced as Memphis, File No. M-97-084. All owners of record <br />within a distance of 200 ft of the proposed permit area, are to <br />receive a copy of this Notice. This is to serve as the notice to the <br />City of Ouray, as owners of Rotary Park. <br />The purpose of the application is to remove the waste rock and <br />alluvium on the Mempphis Claim, east of Highway 550 between Rotary <br />Park and the Daisy, Placer.
