(,_„ _, Attached is a copy of the Public Notice of an application with the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, Division of Minerals and Geology for a 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit, referenced as Memphis, File No. M-97-084. All owners of record within a distance of 200 ft of the proposed permit area, are to receive a copy of this Notice. This is to serve as the notice to the City of Ouray, as owners of Rotary Park. The purpose of the application is to remove the waste rock and alluvium on the Mempphis Claim, east of Highway 550 between Rotary Park and the Daisy, Placer. This will clean-up this location and allow it to be available for beneficial use in the future.
