D EXHIBIT (con ' t) <br /> 4 . There are no streams or ponds. All proposed roads would <br /> remain after reclamation. The proposed maintenance build- <br /> ing would remain. Portable scale, office and crushing <br /> plant would not remain. The reclaimed site would be for <br /> a home. <br /> 5 . No waste rock is anticipated. All rock that cannot be <br /> used for building stone, rip-rap or aggregates will be <br /> sold for fill material. Stockpiles are shown on E EXHIBIT <br /> MAPS I/II. Crusher, office, scale and maintenance are <br /> shown on maps. .Roads and drainage are shown on maps. In <br /> drainage areas, ditches and rip-rap will be used where <br /> necessary to minimize hydrologic damage. <br /> 6. A $5000 bond will be adequate to reclaim the site. Top- <br /> soil in the approximate amount of 2700 cubic yards is <br /> available on the site, which will cover 10 acres at 2 <br /> inches deep. The site will be fenced as a cost of the <br /> o,i-going operation. <br /> 8 <br />
