She lists some of the same concems she had when the 110 permit applications
were submitted in 1996, plus she lists a couple of new concerns which need to be reviewed and
addressed.
Since the letter was received after the comment period expired (the comment period expired 20
days after the last publication date; December 18, ?000) it will only be necessary to take the
statements and any response from the operator into account in the review of the permit
application. The Division will not be required to set the application for a hearing before the
Board nor will an Informal Conference or Pre-hearing Conference be scheduled.
The permit applicant needs to review Ms. Brown's letter and respond to her concerns. Send the
Division copies of all correspondence to, and from, Ms. Brown.
The Division will review and, where applicable, respond to Ms. Brown's concems.
If you have any questions, please give me a call.
Sincerely,
~.
~ ~ ti~ . -,-
ames Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: James Stevens, DIvIG
Johnney G.
