In my letter of April 1, 1985 to you, it was sta ed that the <br />operation appeared to have the potential for discharge to the riv r. <br />Since then, I have received additional information on the operati n from Aeidi <br />Hirsh (vith Rindahl~5 Asssociates). By phone and letter (enclose ), she <br />states that there vill be absolutely no discharge to state vaters from the <br />project.
