Co-manager of technical staff <br />including 30 graduate scientists and 1,000 field personnel. <br />Responsible for cultivating international aid, World Bank loan and <br />UN support resulting in $155 million dollar budget for 10 year <br />program. <br />1974 to 1979, Director of Human Ecology Unit, Center for Energy <br />and Environmental Research, University of Puerto Rico. <br />Supervision of 15 scientific and technical staff members. <br />1970 to 1974, Project Manager on water pollution control project <br />on Charles River for Process Research of Cambridge, Massachusetts, <br />and independent environmental consultant in Massachusetts. <br />1968 to 1970, Head of Water Quality Section, Massachusetts <br />Division of Water Pollution Control in Boston, Massachusetts <br />1961-63 and 66-68, Scientist at San Juan Laboratories of the <br />Center for Disease Control, US Public Health Service, Puerto Rico. <br />
