I have included the information you requestel
for .talker Mining & Milling-File No. 7g-181. The
various government offices concerned have made getting
this information for you a very time consuming process.
For example, my several months old application for a
NPDES permit was just received yesterday. It would he1F
us miners tremendously if we could just deal with one
office, such as yours. Did you get a clarification
from Mr. Andrus yet on these permits?
Mining Plan: The mine is being developed with:
two jacklegs; two stopers; an electric mancha motor;
a 12B mucker; four mine cars. On the surface we have:
a 600 c.f.m. diesel compressor; 150kv diesel generator;
and a cat for snow plowing. We anticipate purchasing
a front-end loader during 1980 for cleaning up several
old mine dumps on the property.
I have indicated the dump and stockpile on the
returned property map and have enclosed a composite
of three topo maps showing the mine location in relat-
ion to Ouray.
From the Division of Wildlife I have enclosed
their standard form.
From the Soil Conservation Service I have encl-
osed their recommended seed mixture and persuant to
that have obtained 10 lbs or that seed. We also have
ammonium nitrate on the property to be used as the fer-
tilizer.
From the State Department of Health I have enc-
losed their permit number CO-0037206.
