<br />Trapper Mine Gravel Pit <br />Addendum to Exhibit D and E <br />Page 2 <br />5.0 Vegetation Inventory <br />The major portion of the permit area, which has a mesic moisture regime, <br />is dominated by Agropyron smithii. Other species occurring within this ecolo- <br />gical response unit, in decreasing order of percent cover, are: Poa pratensis, <br />Artemisia tridentata, Bromus tectorum, Chrysothamnus spp., Elymus cinereus, and <br />Cirsium arvense. The next most important ecological response unit has a hydric <br />moisture regime and is dominated by Carex spp. and Juncus spp. The last ecolo- <br />giacl response unit on the permit area is dominated by Sarcobatus vermiculatus <br />and is found scattered throughout [he area on small hammocks. <br />
