Mining plan:
The mining operation will consist of removing gravel
from the site in trucks. Front-end loaders and
bulldozers will be used for the actual extraction of
materials. The mining will begin at a suitable
location in the southwest corner of the site near the
access road (see Exhibit C). From that point of
beginning, mining operations will advance to the north
and to the east staying within the boundaries of the
site.
