West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, according to the Independent
Resurvey of said Township and Range approved by the U.S . Surveyor
General in Denver, Colorado on June 20, 1922; which lies Northerly
of and adjacent to the Northerlv line of the Denver and Rio Grande
Western Railroad Right-of-Way; Westerly of the Westerly line of the
access road to the Brush Creel: and Eagle River Ranch property; and
Easterly of the West boundary line of said Tract 53, in the County
