[Jickham: <br />As you are aware, action by the Colorado Dlincd Land Reclamation P,oard at <br />its April 21-22, 1982 meeting resulted in the following action: <br />It was DIOVEU that tie Board assess a $lO,ODD civil penalty with <br />$9,000 to be suspended if permits are approved by the Board on <br />the ].10 applications at the Sune Board Meeting and on the 112 <br />application at the .July Board Meeting, with the $1,000 unsuspended <br />portion of the time to be paid before the May Board Meeting. <br />SECONDED and PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />It was MOVED that the MOTION BE A<~IENDED to delay the payment of <br />the unsuspended $1,000 and that the Board, at the June Board <br />Dieeting, will make a determination. as to when the 51,000 <br />unsuspended civil penalty should be paid depending on remedial <br />reclamation ~•;ork on unpermitted lands.
