I : ~: ~ .: ''. called to inform you that someone was on the BLM land with a frontloader and a bulldozer. I thought it might be Dazen Stone but that I had no proof as I had not been on the property. 1 asked if he needed a permit or an NOI. You were kind enough to go through the Act and Rules with me. We both had some confusion with regard to the interpretation. You stated that, , you would need to read through the Rules more carefully and then you would get back to me. - . You were kind enough to try to explain the Act and Rules to me but I am still. somewhat confused. Because of my confusion, I am filing a written complain as to the amount of testing to the land. I would like an onsite survey of this land and I am requesting a copy of the report. The people of this neighborho~ and community deserve to know who is responsible for the destruction of this land and especially the destruction to the cultural sites. You called on Monday morning at approximately 9:40 a.m. to let me know that. you had spoken to BLM about the bulldozer and frontloader. They had told you that they thought the person that has the grazing rights was cleaning the : . silt out of the pond. I asked if you could confirm this and let me know who was , . - using the bulldozer in the canyon.
