<br />EXHIBIT B-, <br /> <br />a. Site Description: <br />The soil characteristics consist of alluvium and waste rock from <br />the Blowout Area, northeast of Ouray. As shown in the accompanying <br />photograph, willows and box elders are present in addition to a few <br />spruce and/or fir. <br />b. Permanent Man-Made Structures: <br />At the south boundary of the property, a barbed-wire fence <br />exists. The west boundary of the property is U.S. Highway 550. A <br />powerline crosses the property. To the north of the property is the <br />City of Ouray's Rotary Park, consisting of restrooms, waterlines and <br />powerlines. <br />c. Water Resources: <br />The area of alluvium and waste rock, which is to be removed, is <br />within an intermittant drainage from the Blowout Area. The <br />Uncompahgre River is to the west, across Highway 550_ No water has <br />crossed Highway 550 in this area, in the past 25 years. <br />
