The final <br />date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or <br />the next regular business day. <br />All notices must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the proposed mining operation and mailed to the landowners as set <br />forth in the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Rules and Regulations.
