SECTION 2.01 GENERAL COAL MINING PERMIT REOiIIREMENT5 <br />Contained in this package is a revised Permit Application for Oakridge Energy, Inc. of <br />4613 Jacksboro Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas 76301. Approximately 81.7 acres of <br />disturbance resulting from permitted surface coal mining activities currently exist at the <br />Carbon Junction Mine. No additional coal mining will be undertaken under this permit. <br />This permit covers reclamation or disposition of existing surface coal mining related <br />disturbance within the modified permit azea. The modified permit area encompasses 62.21 <br />acres. Of the currently permitted 215.08 acres, 152.87 acres (the remaining area) will be <br />permitted under the adjacent Ewing Mesa # 1 and # 2 aggregate operations (CMDG <br />permits M-92-116 and M-2001-053) or released from liability under all permits for lack of <br />surface mining related disturbance. <br />2.01.5 Permit Term <br />The requested permit term for the Carbon Junction Mine is Sve years with all attendant <br />rights of successive renewal. <br />2.01.6 Permit Fees <br />A permit fee of $2,500 was previously submitted to the Division. <br />Technical Revision 11 (v 1.0) 1-1 Revised 8!20112 <br />
