Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, C:R. S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete. 71T1`coltment and review time periods initiate from this date. The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation Board is March 25, 1987. You should commence publication of a notice of the filing of this application immediately (see enclosed notice format). You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to the MLR staff before your application can be considered by the Board. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential items, with the Park County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also be made in this local government copy. THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION 70 DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO MEET 7HE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
