(h) Due to the limited scope of this operation, usage of less than 1,000 gallons of
water per day is anticipated. Water will be obtained from either the Navajo
River or from other approved sources.
(i) No ground or surface waters will be encountered in this operation.
(j) No water will be imported to this site that is not authorized by the State of
Colorado.
(k) No acid or refuse producing materials will be exposed in the performance of
this operation.
(1) Because of the limited depth of disturbance relative to the hydrologic system
in the valley, there is no indication that any impact to this system will occur.
Drainage of the remaining access road will be such that no offsite impact will
occur.
(m) The scope of on-site processing of materials is limited to further sizing of the
material to be excavated. Primazily, this will involve the use of a hydraulic
breaker (hammer). Secondarily, a small portable crusher may be employed to
produce smaller size materials if necessary.
(n) The primary materials removed from this site are boulder size rock. Secondazy
products include landscaping materials and tertiary base course.
(o) No incidental materials aze anticipated in this operation.
(p) The use of explosives is anticipated in the excavation of the proposed access
road.
