C-13,080-3 INITIAL APPROVAL <br />DATE I~SUEO: January 30, 1981 FINAL APPROVAL ^ <br />ISSUED TO: KERR COAL COMPANY <br />THE SOURCE TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Tipple located one mile south of Walden, Colorado <br />on State Highway 14 iri Jackson County. <br />• <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Crusher, conveyors, transfer points with spray bars <br />and baghouse on crusher building. <br /> <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et se .), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Particulate emissions must not exceed either of the following limitations: <br />0.75 lbs./hr. or 0.75 tons per year. <br />2. Opacity must not exceed 20%. <br />3. The amount of coal processed shall nat exceed either of the fallowing <br />limitations: 425 tons per hour or 850,000 tons per year except in emergencies <br />when the amount of coal processed in any 16 out of 24-hour period shall not <br />exceed 550 tons per hour (8,800 tons per day). <br />4.
