I have included the text sections of the permit plus maps that have been added or <br />changed. I will send a full hazd copy by mail to you Moaday, but this should get you started. <br />Because of the time needed for you to respond to these changes, Sierra hereby requests an <br />extension so that the Decision Date on the permit application is moved from June 21, 1999, to <br />July 2, 1999. <br />There arc two outstanding documents needed. First is the letter from OMYA verifying that Siena <br />has exercised its tease option and authorizing Sienna to enter onto the property to perfortn <br />reclamation activities. Second is an "OK" from John Kubic of the Colorado Department of Health <br />to allow us to proceed with operations before the sediment control structure is rebuilt (Sierra will <br />add no fines to the waste piles until it is fixed). <br />1 will send a copy of the revised permit to the Gunnison Couaty Clerk. <br />Thank you and please call if you have questions of comtnents. <br />Regazds, <br />~~~>~~- <br />Rex E.
