There aze tto structures within 200 feet nor will any be built. Every effort will be made to <br />maintain the hydrological balance by minimizing the amount of exposed surface during <br />the mining operation. The soil in the area is porous and should drain any normal <br />precipitation, and no ground water will be contacted either in the creek-bed or pit during <br />mining. A water holding area will be left for livestock after the area is reclaimed. There <br />will no reclamation take place on the high bank on the east to southeast side of the creek <br />as there is to be no disturbance in that area. <br />EXHIBIT F <br />OTHER PERMITS <br />This operation will require an ADEN permit as well as a storm water permit issued by the <br />Department of Heahh and have been applied for. A 404 permit will be applied for but <br />may not be required. <br />EHIBTT H <br />No towns or municipalities within two miles. <br />EXHIBIT L <br />There aze no man made structures within 200 feet of the operation, nor will any structures <br />be constructed. <br />
