Cattany <br />Trinidad, CO 81082 Acting Division Director <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Cucharas Pit, File No. M- <br />2002-109 <br />Deaz Mr. Blassi: <br />On November 25, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit application for the Cuchazas Pit, which is located in Huerfano County. All comment and <br />review periods began on November 25, 2002. The decision date for your application is scheduled for December <br />26, 2002. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regazding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to <br />all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of <br />lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You <br />must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date.
