Sperger regarding conservation values associated with the Ute Clay Mine, Permit <br />No. M-79-221. Please note that the Division agrees with the assessment of Mr. Sperger. As an <br />environmental protection specialist, I have inspected on several occasions and have had <br />familiarity with the U[e Clay Mine and surrounding area since April 20, 1999.
