' Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board and the "Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act"
' of 1976, H.B. No. 1065,notice is hereby given that the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board will meet to consider an application
by The Robinson Brick F, Tile Company, 500 South Santa Fe Drive,
' Denver, Colorado 80223, to conduct a surface mining operation for
clay on lands located in parts of NW/4 0£ Section 2, T 7 S, R 69 W,
and parts of the SW/4, Section 35, T 6 S, R 69 W, 6th Principal
' Meridian, Douglas County, Colorado.
Mining and reclamation at this site will begin in 1981 and is estimated
to be completed in approximately 1990. The land will be reclaimed as
' nonirrigated pasture land and habitat for non-critical wildlife.
