A MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT

Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined Land
' Reclamation Board and the "Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act"
of 1976, N.B. No. 1065, notice is hereby given that the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board will meet to consider an application
' by The Robinson Brick $ Tile Company, 500 South Santa Fe Drive,
Denver, Colorado 80223, to conduct a surface mining operation for
clay on lands located in parts of NW/4, Section 2, in T 7 S, R 69 W,
and in parts of the SW/4, Section 35, T 6 S, R 69 W, of the 6th
tPrincipal Meridian, Douglas County, Colorado.
Mining and reclamation at this site will begin in 1981 and is esti-
mated to be completed in approximately 1990. The land will be
reclaimed as non-irrigated pasture land and habitat for non-critical
wildlife.
