Enclosed are agreements that the applicant has obtained with the following owners of structures within 200 feet of the proposed disturbance: City of Greeley, regarding water and sewer lines, East 8'" Street and Ash Avenue. Public Service Co., regarding power pole and transmission line. U. S. West, regarding underground telephone cable. Ed Duggan regarding steel shed and access road. Greeley Washout, Inc. regarding office structure. The applicant has also submitted agreements to the following: Colorado Department of Transportation, regarding Highway 263 Ogilviy Ditch Company Greeley Gas Company The applicant will commit to preserving a minimum 200-foot setback from a structure until such time as the applicant receives an executed agreement from the structure owners.
