Ind <br />The following explanations cover Limited Impact applications (110'5) and pecial <br />'(Ten-Day Processing - 111'5) applications. In the interest of efficient rocessing, <br />please check the appropriate box to indicate which type of application yo are applying <br />for. 111 permits may be issued only under special circumstances.
