Demonstrate how the land is being used <br />industrially and/or commercially at the present time. This item refers <br />to actual present land use, not how the site has been zoned locally. <br />2.iK You have stated that the future land use will be <br />Industrial/Commercial. State how the land will be used industrially <br />and commercially after reclamation and how the proposed reclamation <br />will support that use. <br />tt <br />3~ The application was not properly notarized. Please submit new <br />application pages 1-4 properly signed and notarized by a Notary Public. <br />Exhibit B - Site Description <br />1.°~ List all additional permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of <br />land to be affected by mining activities that have not been listed in <br />the application. List such items as fences, irrigation ditches, <br />irrigation structures, levees, berms, etc. and name the persons owning <br />or having an interest in them. Locate the structures on the Exhibit E <br />~ Map. <br />a <br />2.~ Provide 1 of an agreement between ZMK Mine Construction, <br />Inc., and San Miguel Power Company regarding the powerline and poles <br />,, within 200 feet of land proposed to be affected by this operation. <br />3. Are there any permanent man made structures associated with the <br />Bridle-Path Easement? If so, describe them and provide the names of <br />the owners. Demonstrate how any such structures would not be <br />negatively impacted by your proposed mining and reclamation plans or <br />provide an agreement for damage compensation. <br /> <br />
