Campbell: <br />Attached hereto is ttie Hallenbeck Amendment to Consent <br />Agreement pursuant to your letter dated September 30, 1977. <br />As you will note from ~~our file, Hallenbeck Construction, <br />Inc, has already made application for a permit, same having <br />been sent to you on April 27, 1977. <br />Also, with regard to the bond, an June 21, 1977, I mailed <br />your offices an irrevocable letter of credit from the Colorado <br />Bank and Trust Company of Delta, Colorado, in the amount of <br />$5,000.00, same being sent in lieu of bond. <br />In my letter of Jul; 21, 1977, to you I requested to know <br />~ahether publication was necessary or not on those operations <br />working under a Consent Agreement. I have not heard from you <br />on same, nor has any resolution passed by the Board required <br />publication for those operations under consent.
