these permits, C-80-005 for Seneca II Mine and C-82-057 for Seneca II-W Mine, were
transferred from Peabody Coal Company to Seneca Coal Company on October 17, 1994. The
third permit, C-94-082 for Yeast Mine, was issued to SCC on August 7, 1995. Current,
