The scheduling of this reconsideration by the Board
was necessitated by the requirements of Construction Materials Rule 1.4.1(9), and the fact that over 365 days had elapsed
since the application for the Diamond Rock Pit had been filed and, since no financial warranty had been provided, a permit
had not been issued for the site.
At the meeting it was the Board's decision to table their reconsideration of the approval of the application until the Board's
January 2003 meeting.
If you have any questions on the above, please contact me.
Sincerely,
~lCQ.NIL~'~ ~ 7'F~1A-G
James C.
