In reclamation planning at the Seneca II Mine, <br />erosion and sediment problems are considered. Seneca Coals, Ltd. is now <br />effectively using control measures such as grading, revegetation, <br />mulches, properly designed haul roads, ditches, culverts, and sedimenta- <br />tion ponds to control erosion and sediment at the Mine. As seen on the <br />flow chart, areas where control measures ore being used may be found in <br />boxes which are attached to circles cross-referenced to a specific sec- <br />Lion of the permit.
