The topsoil area will also be fertilized in <br />accordance with [he Soil Conservation Service's recommendations. <br />(6) The applicant understands that weed control will be necessary for the site. <br />(7) Fve lanes or access roads will not be required at the site. <br />(8) The property will not be used for refuse disposal purposes. <br />(9) Substitute planting will not be requ'ved for this project. <br />3.1.11. Building and Structures <br />The site contains no historic structures. <br />3.1.12 Signs and Markers <br />(I) A sign will be provided, visible from 23 Road, which meets the requirements of this <br />section. <br />(2) The boundary of the affected area will be clearly marked per the requirements of <br />this section by the fences provided around the permit area boundary. <br />Part 2(d) <br />As discussed in this section, the top two to six inches of topsoil material will be stockpiled in the <br />buffer areas and preserved for site reclamation.
