Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date of the permit, the permittee is <br />authorized to dischazge from outfalls 004, 005, 007, 008, 009, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017 and 018. <br />In accordance with the Wa[er Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the Colorado <br />Discharge Permit System Re ations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent <br />pazameter concentrations, wluc exceed the following lunitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation. <br />a.
