CMLRB Permit No.: C-80-007 <br />IIL RECEIVING STREAM <br />An assessment of the stream standards, low flow data and ambient stream data has been performed to determine the assimilative <br />capacities jor the North Fork of the Gunnison River, Sylvester Gulch, West Sylvester Gulch, the Dry Fork of Minnesota Creek and Lorte <br />Ptne Gulch for potential pollutants of concern. This information, which is contained in Appendix A to this rationale, also includes an <br />anhdegradation review, where appro riate. The Division's Permits Unit has reviewed the assimilative cappacities ro. determine the <br />appropriate water quality-based e~ent limitations as well as potential limits based on the antidegradation evaluation, where <br />a l~tcable. The limttatirins based on the assessment and other evaluations conducted as part of this rationale can be found in Tables VI- <br />1, vl-2, VI-3, VI-4, and VI-S ofthir rationale. <br />IV.
