We strongly advise that you read this document <br />carefully since it contains provisions with which you must comply to avoid future Board actions. <br />Specifically, during Boazd discussion of you exemption request, it was noted that the excess <br />stockpiled material could be disposed of by the following means without requiring a permit: <br />Giving the material away without receiving any compensation, monetarily or otherwise; <br />2.
