,~ <br />-2- <br />• <br />• Permit No.SG76-15 <br />as indicated in Exhibit A of the permit file, subject to the following <br />special conditions: <br />1. During the course of mining operations, <br />shall not allow the total disturbed acreage to exceed the follo:~ing <br />limitations: <br />Major Disturbance 5 acres <br />Moderate Disturbance 5 acres <br />Minor Disturbance 10 acres <br />For purposes of this condition, major disturbance, moderate disturbance, <br />and minor disturbance are defined as follows: <br />Major Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which includes <br />excavations, overburden spoils, and topsoil stockpiles. <br />Moderate Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which is a result <br />of backfilling of the open cut, the levelling of overburden spoils, the <br />smooth grading and the distribution of topsoil or other suitable, approved <br />plant growth medium. <br />Minor Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which is and=_rgoing <br />preparation immediately prior to planting, or seeding, is being planted <br />or seeded, or has been planted or seeded but will not be releases from <br />bond until there has been full completion of all reclamation requirements <br />as set forth in the permit. <br />r~ 2. PIF LV I;J GEyll agrees to be bound by all Rules and Regulations <br />of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, and by all orovisinns of t}ie 1o7F "ine~ <br />Land Reclamation Act, in compliance with each and every provision thereof, <br />as an express provision of this permit. <br />~.,3. MELVIN GEI6 agrees to monitor existing wells in the area. <br />,.,4.
