The name of the applicant and the engineer's seal have been added to Exhibits C, <br />DandF. <br />2. The Township and Range information has been corrected on all exhibits. <br />3. Most of the structures you identified belong to the property owner and are no <br />longer in use. However, they have been added to Exhibits C and S. <br />4. The depth of the sandstone to be mined is now shown on Exhibit D. <br />7. The maximum slope has been added to Exhibit E. <br />8. The minimum top soil depth has been added to Exhibits E. <br />9. Information on water usage has been added to Exhibit G. <br />12. The lease agreements have been assigned to Glade, LLC. Copies of the original <br />leases and the assignment documentation are included in Exhibit N. <br />13. Copies of the original application and the applicant's response to adequacy <br />comments have been placed for public review with the Lazimer County Clerk and <br />Recorder's Office. A receipt for this is enclosed. <br />14. The structures you identified belong to the property owner and are no longer in <br />use.
