Kondelis, a Registered Engineer in the State of Colorado, do <br />hereby certify that construction of Pond "M3-S" was completed according to <br />the approved design contained 1n Technical Revision TR86-1, dated November <br />19, 1986. Comparison to the approved plan indicates that the pertinent <br />as-built volumes are equal to the previously approved design volumes.
