• <br /> <br /> <br />POND CERTIFICATION <br />Mine 3 N Sedimentation Pond <br />The following information is presented in response to Rule 4.05.9 17 and 8) for <br />certification of the Mine 3 North Sedimentation Pond. All parameters are based on the <br />as-built survey completed September 10, 1987. Relative elevations were used when <br />surveying the M3N pond based on an assigned top-of-embankment elevation of 7000 <br />feet. These relative elevations are shown on the attached map and on the stage storage <br />table.
