- ~ . -4- EXHIBIT F - Proof of Compliance with Local Goverrtinent Zoning In accordance with 34-32-115(~1)(e), the Board must make a finding that the operation will oe in compliance with local zoning or subdivision regulations. You are not required to submit this information, but a submission woultl assist the Division's processing of the application. When the Uivisidri notifies the local government of the existence of this application, it will request infornation regarding compliance with applicaole local. law. It is intended that operators .nay concurrently come into compliance with local requirements at the same time the Division is processing this application. lnforination regarding the status with local government will oe helpful. EXHIBIT G - Source of Legal Right-to-Enter This could oe a copy of the leasa, deed, abstract of title, or current tax receipt. An acceptable alternative would be a statement acknowledged by a Notary Public that the operator has the legal right to enter the mine. EXHIBIT H - Reclamation Costs For a 11U perr~rit, if the operator requests financial warranty to be less than $S,000.UU, the operator must suo~r~it facts to support such a request. Uther~wise, a financial warranty of $S,000.UU will automatically oe.set. for all 111 penaits, the financial warranty shall be $2,SOO.UO per acre.
