• • NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grand County Board .. <br />of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, - <br />September 4, 1984 in the Commissioners Board Room of the County Courthouse, <br />Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider. the application of Grand <br />County fora permit to conduct a gravdl operation located within the following <br />parcel of land: <br />A legal description of Grand County gravel pit in Section 8, <br />Township T North, Range 79 West of the 6th P.M. <br />Beginning at a point on the Center Line of existing County Road <br />and West Line of Section 8, Township 1 North, Range 74 West, <br />• whence the Northwest Corner of said Section 3 bears N-00-45-E a <br />distance of 659.87 feet. Thence following the Center Line of <br />existing road the following bearings and distances: <br />S-69-47-E a distance of 68.32 feet; <br />5-66-40-E a distance of 93.50 feet; <br />_ 5-85-42-E a distance of 102.6T feet; <br />• N-80-53-E a distance of .100.32 feet; <br />N-69-52-E a distance of 120.07 feet; <br />N-59-52-E a distance of 146.00 feet; <br />N-74-28-E a distance of 64.85 feet; <br />S-72-43-E a distance of 400.0 feet; to <br />the East end of the Gravel Pit. Thence S-00-45-41 a distance of <br />364.82 feet. Thence S-89-09-1d a distance of 1035.67 feet to the <br />West line_of Section 8, Totmship 1 North, Range 79 4Jest. Thence <br />N-00-45E a distance of 417.96 feet along said Llest line of Section <br />8, Township 1 North, F:ange 79 West to Point of Beginning.
