<br /> <br />EXHIBIT D <br />WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br />In Vicinity: Came <br />Elk, Deer, Jackrabbit, Cottontail, <br />Grouse, Beaver, Muskrat, A Few Shall <br />Brooktrout <br />Non Game <br />Coyote, Red Fox, Various Burrowing <br />Rodents, Bluebirds, Canadian Jay, <br />Chickadees, Magpies, Porkupine <br />A. On Affected Land: Elk and Deer (Seasonal), <br />Cottontail, Burrowing Rodents <br />B. The mine will be operated from not earlier than <br />Hay 1st to not later than October 10th. By Nay 1st, <br />the Deer and Elk have usually migrated to higher <br />pasture and the operation is shut dawn before they <br />migrate back into the area. <br />C. There are no threatened or endangered species on <br />the affected land or in the vicinity. <br />D. Because of the small size of this operation, the <br />existing wildlife has been disturbed very little. <br />There is very little to no grass or trees in the <br />Pit area so the temporary loss of habitat is nil. <br />The area will be reclaimed a little at a time with <br />a grass suitable for Elk and Deer winter range. <br />
