Dewatering will be by
pumping as necessary.

L_J
(i) General Drainage Plan
(i)(A) Sediment ponds B, C, J & K and the general drainage plan for the main site
and loadout were prepared under the direction of J. E. Stover, Colorado
Professional Engineer, No. 19230. Sediment pond D and the general
drainage plan for the gob pile was prepared under the direction of Allan J.
Breitenbach, Colorado Professional Engineer, No. 15247.
(i)(B) A description of the ponds is presented above. Detail drawings of ponds B,
C, J & K are presented on Map Nos. 22-B, 22-C, 22-J and 22-K respectively.
A detailed drawing of the gob pile sediment pond is presented in Volume 4,
drawing 95266-04.
(i)(C) The preliminary hydrologic and geologic information required to assess the
hydrologic impact of the structure is presented in Volume III, Exhibit S for
ponds B, C, J & K and Volume IV, Appendices A and B for the refuse pile
pond.
(i)(D) No underground mining has occurred under any of the sediment ponds and
none is anticipated.
(i)(E) Not applicable.
(ii) Detailed Design Plans
(ii)(A) Sediment ponds B, C, J and K and the drainage plan for the main site and
loadout were prepared under the direction of J.
