The manutacturer, model number and serial number of the subject equipment <br />shall be provided to the Division prior to Final Approval. <br />1. Emissions of air pollutants shall not exceed the follocair~g limitations (as <br />calculated in the Division's preliminary analysis): <br />Particulate litter: .O6 1b/hour and .25 tons/year. <br />F.710: .O6 Ib/hour and .25 tons/year. <br />Sulfur Dioxide: .O1 1b/hour and .25 tons/,year. <br />Nitrogen O.~ides: 2.8 1b/hour and 11.55 tons/,veer. <br />Volatile Organic Compounds: .06 lb/hour and .l3 tons/year. <br />Carbon Monoxide: .i0 lb/hour and 2.89 tons/,t-ear. <br />5. This source shall be limited to a maximum consumption rate as Iisted belor: <br />and all other activities, operational rates and numbers of equipment as <br />stated in the application. Annual records of the actual consrumption rate <br />• shall be maintained by the applicant and made available to tice Division <br />for inspection upon request. <br />Consumption of methane gas shall not exceed 165 t' 106 scf/,year. <br />6. Construction of this source must commence within l8 months of initial <br />approval permit issuance or within 18 months of the start-up-date stated <br />in the application.
