Cattany <br />Division Direcor <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />inspection that the operator has identified owners name, type structures <br />and location of all significant, valuable and permanent man made <br />structures contained on the area of affected land and within (200) feet of <br />the affected land. <br />III) EXHIBIT "D" MINING PLAN <br />A) Under description of methods of mining to be employed, "you stated that <br />a conveyer system will be installed under 104th ave. to convey the aggregate". <br />However, there was no design submitted for the system and the warranty to <br />remove it was also not included in EXHIBIT "L". Please provide the design <br />for the system and the cost to remove and dispose. <br />B) You have stated, "Fuels and lubricants stored and or used on site in <br />association with the mining operation are managed in accordance with <br />applicable state and federal regulations, including a Spill Prevention, <br />Control and Counter measures Plan (SPCC) developed and certified by a <br />registered Professional. Please provide the designs once completed and <br />include the cost to remove them in EXHIBIT "L'. <br />C) In the mining plan map, it is indicated that Bull Seep Ditch, is going to be <br />moved, to accommodate the mining operation. However, there is no <br />design and location submitted. Please provide a map showing the new <br />location.
